NC Training Services Ltd work both independently and with a network of trainers throughout the UK, providing training in; IT, Management and Soft Skills to a variety of companies and departments.
This includes brokering trainers to training companies allowing unlimited UK wide coverage.

19 Years training experience specialising in Microsoft Products to Advanced level, also teaches touch typing. Nicola is an experienced Microsoft Trainer, specialising in the design, development and delivery of Microsoft Office training programmes.

She has vast experience in all aspects of training in a variety of industries including media, telecommunications, retail and government departments. Nicola’s training career began in 1998.

Nicola qualified as a MCASI (Microsoft Certified Applications Specialist Instructor) in Office 2007 and a MOUS (Microsoft Office User Specialist) in Office 2000. Nicola has also received an Institute of Learning Management Train the Trainer Master Class Award.

Sallys key strengths as a Microsoft Trainer are sociability, patience, a good listener, and the ability to convey difficult concepts in a simple, clear and succinct way. I am passionate about ensuring that training is fun and enjoyable and always adapted to suit the individuals’ training needs as well as their learning styles.

Alan is an experienced Microsoft products trainer and consultant with more than 20 years’ experience supporting organisations across finance, construction, media, government, and other sectors. Over his career, he has held senior training roles including Lead Trainer and Training Manager, building a strong reputation for practical, engaging, and business-focused technology training.

Alan brings his deep instructional experience and industry insight to organisations looking to improve their business decision-making.

Mark is an experienced Microsoft 365 and Power Platform trainer who helps organisations improve productivity through practical, business-focused learning. With a strong track record delivering training across a wide range of sectors, Mark specialises in making complex tools easy to understand and apply, ensuring delegates can work more efficiently from day one.
