Acrobat: This course will help you to design, view, create, manipulate and manage files in Adobe's PDF format for easy-to-manage electronic document reviews

Flash Intro: The tools available in Adobe® Flash® can be used to create and manipulate a variety of graphics and animations ranging from simple designs to complex animated sequences. In this course, you will learn to navigate the Adobe® Flash® interface, and gain knowledge in using the tools and features necessary for drawing graphics and creating animations.

Flash Intermediate: This course will enable you to build on your basic knowledge of Flash to work with Symbols, Libraries and enhance your content to include interactivity, embed sound and video

Flash 2 day Foundation: To learn how to create artwork in Adobe Flash and start animating using the timeline. Working with text and images, developing further methods adding interactivity using symbols and buttons

InDesign Interactivity and Animation: You will utilise Adobe InDesign to create and deliver interactive and animated online documents.

Premiere: You will learn how to assemble a Video based project, collecting movie clips, artwork and sound and using the Timeline produce a complete project movie. Suitable for the film industry and Utube.

Dreamweaver: You will learn how to use the Dreamweaver tools to build web pages and sites using HTML and CSS concepts

Fireworks: Using Fireworks you will learn how to manipulate and create graphics for use in web pages

Captivate (2 day): To create E-learning content for web and display use, creating engaging and interactive slide based projects including quizzes, software demos and incorporating video and sound

CorelDraw: You will use the drawing tools in CorelDraw to create paths which are used for Illustrations. You will go through the other tools to enhance your illustrations, working with photos as well as effects for Print and Web design

Paintshop Pro: This course will provide all the basic skills, tools and techniques for working with images and enhancing their output

Camtasia Studio 8: You will use the tools to create screen captures, software demonstrations and learning content.

Articulate Storyline 2 (2 day): To create E-learning content for web and display use, creating engaging and interactive slide based projects including quizzes, software demos and incorporating video and sound

Our Internet and Web Design Section

HTML/CSS: To learn the basics of HTML to create web pages. You will learn about tags and page structure and will be introduced to CSS code to format web pages

CSS (2 day): You will use cascading style sheets to design and develop efficient and effective web pages.

Google Docs: An alternative Office Suite to Microsoft’s, and it is free to use. This course explores the professionally applications within the suite and introduces:

  • Google Documents; the Word alternative
  • Google Spreadsheets; to be used instead of Excel
  • Google Presentations; a substitute for PowerPoint
  • Google Forms an easy alternative to creating forms in Word or Excel.
